Standard fare...Nothing special
Having tried many Indian buffets around the US, India Darbar was pretty standard boring fare. The buffet had about 6 veggie dishes along with 2 chicken dishes with no lamb or goat on the buffet. Besides the main dishes there were a number of chutneys, pakodas and Tandoori Chicken.

The desserts were pretty nice and there were 4-5 items in the desserts menu including some home made ice-cream, Gulab Jamun, Kheet and Gajar Ka Halwa. Certainly some plus points for the desserts.

Service was ordinary. The guys managing the buffet never stopped after seating us and serving us bread once. Seems like we had to ask for more bread.

The lunch buffet was quite affordable at about $8/person which is good.

There was a reasonable crowd for lunch on a weekday. Overall, I would give it an Average rating and is possibly a good option should you have a craving for Indian food.
