Great Indian Store in the St Louis Area
Seema Enterprises has two locations, one in Manchester and one in the Overland-Maryland Heights area, both of which have recently been remodeled and expanded. As you'd expect if you've ever been to an Indian grocery, the stores are neatly packed with a dizzying selection of fresh, frozen and packaged Indian foods and ingredients. They offer more than two dozen kinds of rice in small, child-sized bags; flours made from chickpea, corn and rice; countless varieties of beans; and every spice you need for any Indian dish you can name - and those you've never heard of. Other items include biscuits (aka cookies - many very simple, others filled with mango and pineapple cream), traditional ghee-based sweets, jarred chutneys, boxed sauce mixes, preserved tamarind, chile sauces, bags of savory snacks, loose and bag teas, specialty produce and classic Indian soft drinks. Owner Ashwin Patel is happy to answer questions, provided he can get out from behind the register at the Page Avenue location. This is the company's original store, which has been in business for over 30 years - and has a wider selection of kitchen items.

Great selection
Seema Enterprises provides a great place to buy Indian/Pakistani spices, foods and accessories. Above all, they are always friendly, courteous and professional. Great customer service too. Keep it up Seema.
