Decor and quality of products
The Store in tucked away in a small strip mall with a laundromat and a karate shop on each side. The products are well stocked and the store is brightly lit with fluorescent lights...quite a bit of appeal. There is also a beauty salon at the back, which attracts many Asian women clientele.
The only not to great aspect is Parking in front of the store. Also, if there was a separate section for DVD rentals that would be ideal. Overall, customer service is good and courteous and the quality of products is good.
