I Think the food is really good, it is hard to find good indian food and sweets in Canberra but the food and service in this store is just beautiful...

The new owners are doing good. When you enter the shop,there is a sweet smile from the girl who stands behind the counter. She is humble,polite and very professional in dealing with the customers.She is ready to help and very genuine in her actions. She doesnt say unnecessary jokes or jump up and down if the shop is full of customers. She clothes well and her perfumes are great. The new things they have introduced in the shop are great.

The gentleman who stands behind the sweets is rude and arrogant. He doesnt fit well in the shop.he needs to go.all the best to the new owners and they are doing heaps well than the previous owners.

i went to b.i a couple of days bac.the man behind the counter is digusting.he sits on his high chair and then talks to the customers.he is rude and arrogant to customers and eats behind counter.he tries to do stand up comedy which is useless.he should concentrate on the business rather than being on the phone all the time.the man behind sweets never smiles.the only proffessional and deals with customers nicely is the girl who is behind the counter.she has a beautiful welcoming smile,soft voice,helps the customers genuinely.though she is multitalented but is very much down to earth and has her head on her shoulders.keep it up ......

Good Store
This large Indian supermarket is the best place in town for bulk spices, legumes and nuts. Full of other Indian goodies. Has a huge clientele and high turnover so everything is always really fresh
